1. Wet your toothbrush
2. Bite down and crush one tablet between your teeth
3. Brush like normal
4. Rinse after using - do not swallow!
5. Brush teeth thoroughly preferably after each meal or at least twice a day or as directed by a dentist or physician

Active ingredient (in each tablet): Sodium Monofluorophosphate (0.76% (0.50mg fluoride ion)). Purpose: Anticavity.
